Rent Release 2019 Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 or over.
  2. The first stage of this competition will commence at 10:00 GMT on the 23rd September 2019 and all entries will not be counted after 16:59 GMT on the 16th October 2019.
  3. The winner will be notified during the week commencing 2nd December 2019. 
  4. The first prize winner who is awarded £500 will be the individual who refers the most individuals to sign up to the Student Cribs Rent Release 2019, at least 50% of whom must sign up using a .ac.uk email address.
  5. The second place winner who is awarded £250 will be the individual who refers the second most individuals to sign up to the Student Cribs Rent Release 2019, at least 50% of whom must sign up using a .ac.uk email address.
  6. The third place winner (s) who is awarded £50 will be the individual who refers the third to seventh (inclusive) most individuals to sign up to the Student Cribs Rent Release 2019, at least 50% of whom must sign up using a .ac.uk email address. There will be 5 third place winners. 
  7. All entries will be authenticated as unique using an IP address checker prior to awarding the prize.
  8. The winners will be notified by the email address provided in the Rent Release sign up and must claim their prize within 7 days of the announcement. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse.
  9. The winners agree that their name be used in a post when announcing that they have won.
  10. Student Cribs reserve the right to alter the competition at any point during the time that the competition is live.
  11. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  12. By entering this competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
